Melissa's career has spanned roles at leading companies such as Werfen, Bio-Rad Laboratories, IDEXX Laboratories, and Siemens Diagnostics.

At Werfen, Melissa served as a National Sales Specialist, where she significantly increased market share and spearheaded the introduction of GEM Bloodgas analysers across Australia. Her role involved driving sales, managing territories, and collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective strategies. Before that, at Bio-Rad Laboratories, she managed a diverse portfolio of clinical diagnostics products, focusing on sales, tender submissions, and application support.

As a Diagnostic Practice Consultant at IDEXX Laboratories, Melissa exceeded sales targets, earned the Sales Person of the Year award, and established strong partnerships within the veterinary sector. My tenure at Siemens Diagnostics saw her excel in technical support and project management, including creating a training program now used worldwide.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Zoology from the University of New South Wales and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Her expertise spans blood gas analysis, biochemistry, POC testing and quality control, and is known for her exceptional ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver outstanding customer service.
